Healing Hearts Wellness Center, PLLC specializes in functional medicine and holistic medicine. We focus on treating the mind, body, and spirit.
Healing Hearts Wellness Center, PLLC offers a range of holistic health services, prescription refill, consultation, weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, post-hospital follow-up, and herbal medicine.
Currently we accept cash and credit card payments. We do not accept personal checks or third party payments. Payments are due in full at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. We do not require deposits. Please be aware that a $25 dollar service charge will be required for all cancellations at are not made within 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Refunds will be returned for all cancelled appointments made 24 hours prior to the appointment, without any penalties. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for any completed services, if you are unhappy with the services provide, we ask that you discuss this with your provider.
We pride ourselves on patient satisfaction, while maintaining a timely schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we serve the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment if necessary. Late arrivals may be subject to a $25 fee.
Due to our policies and procedures we do not operate as a dispensing pharmacy. We are currently working with compounding pharmacies that allows us to ship client's medications directly to your home for your convenience. We ask that you ensure that you include the correct shipping address for all future orders. If there are any questions or concerns with the order you have received, we ask that you contact your provider ASAP. Please note that once the seal is broken on any item that it will no longer qualify for a return. We ask that you contact your provider for further instructions on how to return all items in question. Please be aware that a return fee may be applicable.
